SHIPPING TIMES 
Netherlands: 1-2 working days.*
Belgium and Germany: 1-3 working days.*
Other European countries: 2-5 working days.*
Countries outside Europe: 5-7 working days.*

Because we want to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible, we ship every order in its entirety. So when you order one piece that is in stock, and one piece on pre-order, we ship the whole order on pre-order delivery times.

Taj is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties (transport/courier company). However, if you have not received your package after the delivery time mentioned above, please send an email to [email protected]. Then we will sort it out!

*Excluding pre-orders, personalized jewelry and customization. These jewelry have a different delivery time.
*Please note that delivery times during the summer and holiday months (mid-November to mid-January) may be slightly longer in some cases due to busy suppliers and postal services.

SHIPPING COSTS
Ideally, we would never charge our customers for shipping. But as a small and sustainable company, that is unfortunately not an option. Shipping is expensive: in addition to the actual transport costs, there are also the packaging materials and the processing/labor costs. That is why we charge a shipping contribution for orders under a certain amount, so that we share these costs.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
For countries outside the EU there may be additional costs at the border. These are import duties and import tax, which form a certain percentage of the purchase amount. These possible additional costs differ per country and are for your own account.

CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON DELIVERY
Always check a package upon arrival, before accepting it. Is the package damaged upon arrival? Then refuse it at the door and have the delivery person make a note. This also applies to collection points: do not take a damaged package home, but refuse it, and have a note made immediately at the pick-up point. This proof is important for the warranty. The package will then be returned to us automatically.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
We do not send packages to postal collection points; only to home addresses or work/office addresses. It is therefore not possible to provide the address of a collection point. (It may however happen that a delivery person takes the package to a collection point on their own initiative if you are not at home at the time of delivery. This is beyond our control.)
